MacOS Platform Upgrade
A number of changes were made to the MacOS version to take advantage of some of the new features within MacOS Sonoma. The performance improvements are significant.
Given there have been some significant changes under the hood, please report any bugs you encounter to support@pakikiproxy.com and we’ll triage and fix them as fast as practical.
Licencing levels change
The licencing levels have been split into personal and professional. We’ve got some really exciting plans for features in the professional edition which will target professional penetration testers, however a native Windows version will be produced before releasing professional features. At the moment, the primary benefit of purchasing the professional licence is to support the ongoing development.
All existing users have been put onto the personal plan, and all current features will remaining available within the personal plan.
Known Issues
- Script output and inject scan rendering isn’t smooth on MacOS
- Double-clicking on a project file from Finder on MacOS will open Pākiki but not the project.
Focus areas
- MacOS refinements
- Upgrade from GTK3 to GTK4
